Birchview Holiday Lodges are two beautifully crafted two-person self-contained lodges, built by the site owner who is a master joiner. They had previously worked with the Kingspan Klargester team to replace their septic tank with a wastewater treatment plant, specifically the Klargester BioDisc, with pumped discharge.

On this occasion, we recommended a Klargester BioDisc BAX with a recycling pump and integral pump discharge which discharges into a local watercourse. This sewage treatment system will be able to cope with the influent of the two existing lodges and accommodate the future third addition.

To protect his investment, and ensure the systems continue to operate optimally, the site owner has also purchased our Kingspan Service plan for sewage treatment plants. This plan will ensure that the sewage treatment plant continues to be non-polluting with routine maintenance visits, technical support and discounted tankering costs with free advice.

The domestic sewage treatment plant installation at Birchview Holiday Lodges, located in North Lincolnshire, was completed in June 2021.
