The Klargester team were contacted by a contractor on behalf of Euro Foods Group, to help size and specify a new grease separator as they previously had no treatment facility in place.

Our sales manager Jamie Cowley visited the Euro Foods Headquarters and having reviewed the site and the requirements needed, specified a bespoke 26,000 litre Klargester grease separator.

Our Klargester grease separator range has been designed for use in industrial or commercial kitchens where fats, oils and grease need to be removed from greywater before causing mains blockages. In this case, Jamie also had to take into consideration bone and grisel going into the tank and therefore a gauze was also implemented to avoid and large bits entering the separator.

Designed in accordance with EN 1825-1, the Klargester grease separator will help Euro Foods preserve their mains drainage and prevent any unwanted blockages. Installed in early 2022 by Storm Investigations Limited, the grease separator is a simple and convenient installation for businesses who need limited disruption to their business.
