Dundee City Council have a purpose-built caravan park for use by the travelling communities. Located in a rural setting at Balmuir Wood, the site in Tealing is about 6 miles from Dundee. With 14 pitches for double or single caravan’s, kitchen and bathroom facilities, the site offers a safe haven for local travellers.

With a failing septic tank, no longer fit for use the caravan park required a new sewage treatment plant that safeguarded the area and local community from risk of pollution.
